Research4Life: Free or Low Cost Journals for Institutions in Low-income Countries
Three UN-affiliated programs provide free or low cost subscriptions to many journals for publicly-funded and not-for-profit institutions in countries with per capita GNI under US$3500.
Participating publishers include important planning publishers Blackwell, Elsevier, Taylor and Francis, Sage and Wiley.
